Refund policy

Returns
We hope you enjoy sipping on your VeeFresh! If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your oder, please reach out to us at support@veefresh.in within 5 days of receiving your product, and we'll address your concerns. However, due to the nature of the product, we do not accept any returns.

Exceptions
In the event that your products arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we offer full replacements. Write to us at with an image of the issue, and we'll process the replacement. Replacement orders are eligible within 5 days of the original order placement.

Order Changes/ Cancellations
An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us. For any inquiries about your order, please contact us at support@veefresh.in, and we'll be happy to assist.
